We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, however under some circumstances we may not be able to ship your order in this time frame, if this is the case, we will do our best to contact you. Under normal circumstances you can expect to get your order within 3-5 business days, if you haven't received your order within 10 days please contact us via email immediately.

Terms of Sale
All products remain the property of LED Fusion until they have been fully paid for by you. We do not have any liability to you arising from the sale and supply of products to you.
Warranty
All our products carry a minimum 1 year warranty, customers are advised to read the product description and spec on the respective product pages on this website where it will tell you what the warranty period of that particular product is. All products incorporating CREE LED components carry a minimum 2 year warranty. Warranty will be voided if the product has been misused, this includes but not limited to, improper handling, improper electrical installation and improper usage. If we repair or replace a product under warranty, it's warranty term is not extended.
All our 12V MR16 downlight globes that require a tranformer is only covered under warranty if used with compatible and approved transformers or LED drivers. They require a constant voltage transformer to work properly.
Warranty will not cover abuse or non-proper usage or if a product is tested by LED Fusion and deemed to be still working.
Customers should contact us via email for all warranty related issues, we will process claims within 14 days.
Limitation of Liability
LED Fusion will not be held liable or accept any such responsibility in relation to the installation, modification and use of any of the products sold on this site. All electrical installations and modification should be done by a licensed electrician only. It is the customer’s responsibility and that of the licensed electrician to ensure proper installation and use of the product.
Product Descriptions
LED Fusion attempts to be as accurate as possible with regards to product description. However we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error free. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If your credit card has already been charged, we will immediately credit you back the charge amount.
Product Branding
We only stock high quality and high performance LED lighting products that conform to both Australian and International standards. We take our time to research, investigate and quality test the products before stocking them for sale. When we state the branding of the LED in our product title or description such as (CREE, Epistar, Bridgelux etc.) we are referring to the LED component used in the manufacture of the product and not the actual finished product itself. Many of our products are made by other specialised LED lighting manufacturers who are certified and licensed to use these high quality components in their product.
