Shipping

We use Australia's Post vast distribution network for shipping. Your shipping cost is calculated by weight, so during your check-out your shipping cost will be calculated and shown to you. For purchases over $180, shipping is FREE. We will strive to use the most efficient shipping method for your chosen purchase.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, however under some circumstances we may not be able to ship your order in this time frame, if this is the case, we will do our best to contact you. Under normal circumstances you can expect to get your order within 3-5 business days, if you haven't received your order within 10 days please contact us via email immediately.

Refund & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us at LED Fusion, that is why we have a 14 day Money Back Returns policy. If your item is faulty upon receipt or you simply changed your mind, we will gladly refund your purchase (excluding shipping cost). All returns are subject to us receiving the goods back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must be unused and in re-sellable condition at the full RRP. Please bear in mind the following conditions when seeking a return/refund: 

- Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase (from the date of receipt of the parcel)

- Buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returning the item

- Item must be returned unopened and unused with its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition at the full RRP 

- If the item has any seals or packaging that once broken or removed is deemed non-sellable then the item cannot be returned 

- All of our product carries a minimum 12 month warranty, if your product is faulty please send it back to us and we will replace it

For all returns including warranty returns, you must first email us and include your order number that was originally emailed to you when you made the purchase. We will then give you further instructions.
